By downloading or using Plant Identifier ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Plant Identifier is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to identify plants and weeds from photos. The app also provides AI-powered plant care advice, health assessments, product recommendations, and garden management tools.
Plant Identifier offers a 7-day free trial starting from your first app launch. During the trial, you have access to all premium features. No payment information is required for the trial. After the trial expires, free users are limited to 2 plant scans per day, 3 chat messages per day, and 5 garden plants.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice.
Plant identification results are generated by artificial intelligence and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Plant Identifier is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional botanical, horticultural, medical, or veterinary advice.
Do not rely on Plant Identifier to determine whether a plant is safe to consume, touch, or use medicinally. Always consult a qualified professional when making decisions that could affect health or safety.
Weed identification, treatment recommendations, and product suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. Results may vary based on your region, soil conditions, and other environmental factors. Always read product labels and follow manufacturer instructions before applying any treatment.
Information about plant toxicity to pets, children, or humans is provided as general guidance only and may not be comprehensive. If you suspect poisoning from a plant, contact your local poison control centre or emergency services immediately.

All content, design, and functionality of Plant Identifier are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plant Identifier and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
